In 2020, the global pandemic exposed a growing mental health crisis within workplaces. As businesses struggled to support their teams through unprecedented stress, the limitations of traditional EAPs became clear. WellSpace Maine launched WellSpace at Work, extending its clinical expertise to organizations across the state. Our mission is to provide Maine employers with a direct, high-access mental health solution that prioritizes people over paperwork.

Lindy has run her own therapy practice in Maine since 2007, creating WellSpace Maine in 2017. She manages the majority of executive tasks for both WellSpace Maine and WellSpace@Work. She has brought her decades-long vision of creating a robust mental health practice to fruition and is dedicated to its continued efforts to provide the highest quality care.

Erika has been a Licensed Counselor for 20 years, joining WellSpace Maine in 2019. She has substantial experience with the corporate side of Behavioral Health in both managed care and EAP settings. She is responsible for expanding sales, Quality Assurance, and operations for WellSpace@Work..
